GHOST runs follow-up audits for luxury car dealerships, med spas, private clubs and other high-ticket sales teams. During an engagement, GHOST records how businesses respond to a buyer inquiry. This record can include timestamps, messages, call notes and scores for our client and for the competitors in the benchmark.

Client findings are confidential. Scores, evidence timelines and reports go only to the client who commissioned them, unless the client agrees otherwise in writing.
We don’t publish identifying details. We never publish a client’s identity or results, or identifying details about any tested business, without permission. Any examples we show publicly are illustrative or fully anonymized.
We collect only what the score needs. We record only the interactions needed to score the response and follow-up. We do not try to collect personal information about individual employees beyond what appears in normal business communications, such as a salesperson’s first name in an email.
Access is limited. Audit records are stored in access-controlled accounts and seen only by the people doing the work.
Retention. We keep audit records for the engagement and any 90-day re-test, then for 12 months after the engagement ends, after which they are deleted. We delete them sooner on request where we’re able to.
