These Terms apply to your use of runghost.co and to any engagement with GHOST, a business based in the Twin Cities, Minnesota. By booking or paying for a GHOST engagement, you agree to these Terms. If a signed proposal or statement of work conflicts with these Terms, the signed document controls.

GHOST runs mystery-shopper style follow-up audits. We submit an inquiry as a prospective buyer, then document and score how a business responds and follows up, using GHOST’s proprietary scorebook.

GHOST Snapshot — $995. One client journey plus a competitive benchmark.
GHOST Audit — $2,995. Multiple client journeys plus a competitive benchmark, over a 14–21 day window.
90-Day Re-Test. A second buyer trace to check whether the fixes worked. Scope and pricing are confirmed before it starts.

Before testing begins, we confirm the scope with you in writing: which business or locations, which competitors, the buying scenario and the observation window. Work outside that scope needs a new agreement.

Mystery-shop tests never involve deposits, purchases, credit applications or financial commitments of any kind.
We do not sign contracts, give payment information or take product, inventory or appointments away from real customers beyond what a normal inquiry involves.
We use a realistic buyer profile and do not misrepresent ourselves in ways designed to cause harm to the tested business.
We do not record calls unless the law allows it.

Fees are due in full before testing begins, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Prices are in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes. Once testing has started, fees are non-refundable because inquiries cannot be undone. If you cancel before testing starts, we will refund your payment minus any costs already incurred.

5. Confidentiality of findings

Reports, scores, evidence timelines and recommendations are confidential and delivered only to you. We will not share your findings, or the fact that you are a client, without your written permission. You may use the findings inside your business. Please do not publish competitor-specific findings or use them to disparage another business. GHOST keeps ownership of its scorebook, methods, templates and report formats.

GHOST reports what we observed during the defined testing window. Our findings and recommendations are professional opinion, based on a limited number of interactions. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, including sales, revenue, conversion rates or score improvements.

To the fullest extent the law allows, GHOST’s total liability for any claim related to an engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement. GHOST is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or lost-profit damages. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on our findings, including employment decisions.
